Payments, Credits & Refund Policy
1. Pricing & Payments
AnchorHunt operates on a credit-based system. Users purchase credits to access features within the platform. All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.
2. No Refund Policy
All purchases are final and non-refundable.
Once credits are purchased, they cannot be refunded, exchanged, or transferred, regardless of usage.
3. Credit Usage
Credits are consumed when using specific features of the platform.
- Each action (e.g., analysis, suggestions) may deduct credits
- Credit requirements may change over time as features evolve
4. Credit Expiry
Credits may have an expiration period (if applicable). Unused credits after expiry will not be refunded or reinstated.
